Setup a voice menu
If there are several
people or departments in your home or organization, you can create a voice
mail system by setting up a voice menu in AnswerMyPhone. To create a voice
menu, you just need to several voice mail boxes in AnswerMyPhone software. For
example, you can create 3 voice mailboxes numbered 1, 2 and 3. Then record a
greeting message in AnswerMyPhone that says "Press 1 for sales department, press
2 for support department or press 3 for finance department". So when
someone calls your phone, he will hear the above message and he
can leave a message for anyone of the departments by
pressing the appropriate box number.
