Who is the promoter of Vasantham Garden plots?
Are these plots promoted by Jemi Housing in Anna Nagar?
They cost in the range of Rs 250 to 300 per sq. feet. Have you visited the site?
Could you tell me the rate of Approved plot and what is range from per sq. feet
so i will plan according to that in another one week.

Vasantham Gardens has both farm lands and residential plots lying next to each other and is about 500 metres from the highway connecting Sriperumbudur-Oragadam-Singaperumalkoil. It is being promoted by Mr Suresh.......Jayaraj
No, Vasantham garden is currently sold by various promoters in the market. Jemi is is just reselling some of the plots there but a lot of complaints are being raised against them since they are not able to provide honest service.
this might be true. they demand advance paymenet even to give one set of document copies for verification. this creates the doubt about their integrity

Can anybody tell me about this project Water Front By Vip Housing (Tiruvallur- Illupur), Iam looking to buy a plot with them roughly its coming up to 7 lakhs with registration for a 1500 sq ft bit, Iam buying it as long term investment roughly for about five years or even 10 .. Any suggestions or comments are very much appreciated. Thanks a lot in advance.
