How difficult it is to remove Iframe virus from a website?

If your website is written in static HTML it may be easier to do it manually provided the number of files are less. However, most websites today are driven by CMS tools and shopping cart engines. We have seen iframe virus in websites developed by:
- Joomla
- Drupal
- Wordpress
- Zencart
- Wordpress
- Oscommerce
- Vbulletin
- SMF forum
- Moodle
and many more to add to the list...
These tools and scripts may contain hundreds of files and directories, if not thousands. Scanning through them manually is almost impossible. You can save a lot of time by doing it with automated iframe removal/cleaner .
